Project Status: ON HOLD

Greetings to all members of the Hive.

I'm currently recruiting team members for the upcoming project I'm hosting.
The project outline can be found here (a brief scan is recommended before applying).
The Application Procedure~
We do not care if you are popular or not.
Everyone is treated equally.


As long as your skills are adequate and you feel comfortable working with others,
(especially those in the section you are applying for),
we will welcome you and your talents warmly like a fresh batch of cookies.

Each member contributes with their own greatness,
something we especially appreciate and have come to value.
Please note that this is NOT a contract, binding you to work.
Negotiations to put off work CAN and will be made if needed.


Additionally, job switching can also be arranged.
Do note that the switch must be mutually agreed upon beforehand.

No limits to the team will be issued.
The more people there are doing things,
the less weight there is for each individual.
The Team's Ultimate Goal~
I am not promising eternal glory or the like for participating in this project.
Neither do I speak of a unique, never-seen-before type of map,
that can put DotA to shame or dwarf all other projects here, etc.

What we are striving to accomplish is an AoS that has more comedic elements than usual,
and ensures a good laugh after a nice playthrough.

We join and work together to have fun and accomplish a common goal,
in a friendly Warcraft III modding forum.

This WILL ALWAYS be the project's primary goal.
What We're Looking For~
Terrainers are desperately needed at the moment.
Other roles such as 2D artists, and 3D modellers are needed as well.
We will extend this list should the need arise.

GUI programmers are accepted also; however, there is a catch.
They can't have any outstanding issues with JASS programmers on the team.

although i can do the actual terraining as well.

also, for the team members i suggest putting our names somewhere lol.
and if you don't have Hera_ doing the bbcodes already, id like to offer my services for that too. :p

Okay. Well I only borrow the bb code. It would be awesome if you are to create an own format for the project :D

Are we supposed to know who's who by looking at their faces or something? ;p Jk, the format is pretty cool actually, even if it doesn't include names (you can still hover your mouse over an avatar to check the link to profile and that'll tell you).

I'll contact you later (as usual) though, this was mainly a profile post.

Yeh, nice work with improving the BBCodes. I only wonder where the active status disappeared... Or was it no longer needed?

doomlord had to go and im in need of some sleep. >_>

im pretty sure i just blew 2 hours on that xD

EDIT: Actually it was like 3 and a half lol.
I'm like.. hardly ever up past 10:00, and now it's 1:16 in the morning..

Looks pretty beast, I may steal her from you for a day or two to make me up some BBCodes for my project, even though I am good at it myself, so it's be awesome, and then absolutely epic when done xD

But regardless, read some about the project, seems pretty cool, wish I had finished my AoS. I might sometime.

We may lend her to you (with her consent or if I manage to talk her into it ^^). Anyway, thank you very much for your feedback :)

The project grew faster than I thought :D

This will be an Epic map. + 4 rep Crimson Lord of Doom

Question regarding to the Programmers/ Coders.
Will you allow them to code in vJASS?

Thank you. Yes of course they can. As long as the code is efficient, the form doesn't matter. I am considering Linked List as the norm for this map instead of dynamic indexing. The more efficient the better :D
