Great pack. Any chance to add "cocoon-style" birth animations to the other Zerg buildings or some advice how someone without modelling skills can do that? Right now only Hatchery and its upgrades have one. I can handle lack of death animation by spawning a special effect, but birth one is far more tricky. I'd like these buildings to be usable by AI.

I'd want to utilize these, however they lack the death and decay animations. I'm aware that I could remove the corpses using a trigger, however it breaks immersion when troops start to disappear.

Perhaps if someone helped Renn with the animation of death and decay - he would definitely give him credits in the post, and the package would be completely perfect.

If Renn could (had the time and energy) or wanted to, he would have already made these animations of death and decay, but if they are not there now, then he cannot do them. Therefore, if someone helped him, it would solve the issue, because Renn himself will not make these animations

Sometimes it seems to me that those who demand something - they themselves have almost no idea how to do it, but nevertheless continue to demand, instead of helping with it themselves and doing it (what they demand). Demanding and talking about shortcomings is much easier than helping with these shortcomings (there will always be an excuse in the spirit of "I don't have much time" "I have a tight daily schedule" but if not for this, I would definitely help, etc., etc.)

I just feel how incredibly hard it was for Rennes to make these models (more precisely, make them work for WC3), and in general he could not publish them here at all, but he shared it anyway, and he is immediately told that the package is useless if not animations -- instead of helping with those animations himself -- or at least helping him with the knowledge of how to make them so that Renn could do
Now as I look back, I see my reply came off as demanding and unappreciative. I definitely could have phrased it better. Before publishing, I should have given my statement some thought. I didn't intend to seem demanding; instead, while I don't have the know-how or skill set for modeling or textureing, I only wanted to point out that there is room for improvement.

However, I do appreciate the time and effort he invested in the models. The models got me excited when I made the comment, however I was surprised by the absence of certain animations.

If my statement offended Renn01, I sincerely apologize. I do respect the time and effort he spent creating the models. I believe that when reviewing, one should highlight the accomplishments and innovations made, point out areas that still require work or might use improvement, and provide suggestions on how to assist the creator in making those changes. I realize i failed to following my own belief.

However, I kindly ask that in the future, if you want to reprimand me for a comment I made, please use private messages rather than the comments.

in fact, I did not mean you personally, but all those who did the same when they wrote the requirements. I didn't reprimand you, sorry if it seemed that way 🥶🥶😱.

But yes, the most important thing here is that instead of demands and rough-spoken facts, people should say suggestions on HOW to do it (the same animations of death and decay, instead of just signaling the fact of their absence) or simply help themselves with this

Certainly some people just noticed something and said something, but there are also those people who noticed something and said BUT knew how to create what they are talking about - and yet do not tell a person HOW to implement what they are talking about They say
Thank you for replying. I can see where you're coming from and respect your desire to stand up for other creators on the site. The reason I thought you were addressing me was because it replied/quoted my comment.

I recommend in the future that you put such statements in their own comments rather than in replies to avoid them seeming to address a specific person. Statements addressing a specific person could be seen as a violation of site rules 6, 7, or 8. I don't want see anyone in trouble for trying to defend others.

I hope you have good day.
