Looks ok, and might be useful. A few issues prevents me from approving it yet, though:
- It's shape seems kinda random, especially at the particles side. Seems as if it lacks a consistent idea.
- Although it is tempting to use high-res textures as the UI ones, they aren't meant for in-game usage, since their realism conflicts with the wc3 cartoonishness. Your NE staff, for instance, has a more adequate texture than this one.
- The teamcolor plane might work better with a perpendicular plane crossing it, so it doesn't disappear in-game when the perspective accumulates.
