And here is the 1000th map I find with "No description" as the map description.
As I told to all the others, a map description MUST be created including info about the game, a credits list and some screenshots to have a clear preview of the game. It's against the map submission rules not making a valid description therefore you risk map rejection even if the map could deserve a Director's Cut.
