My vision of Void's dota bash or a some kind of a wisp glyph/baff.
Update:
Added a death animation and another model. In portait file you may find a bigger version of an effect, that might be usefull in landscaping.

If the particles are well-animated, I'd vote for approval, but I can't view the effect in the WE at the moment :/
