Warhammer 40k Tech Wars +AI

Warhammer 40k Tech Wars +AI

Created by SirFace

The Deadman's Crossing

Legends foretold the vast desolation inflicted by ancient, titanic war machines; oceans of craters left behind in their wake.
Ready yourself Commander - the lands vibrate with unnatural tendencies once again - for you're not prepared...

Enter the Battleground

Command the forces of your favorite Warhammer 40k factions as you fight for victory across unforgiving, battle-torn terrain. Lay waste to your enemies, before they teach you the unbridled consequences of total annihilation.

  • Build and upgrade unit and vehicle production buildings
  • Construct aggressive and defensive support towers
  • Upgrade technology and mining facilities
  • Purchase artifacts and reinforcement units
  • Battle against a formidable and battle tested AI

The AI has been designed to offer a unique, strategic experience every time the game is played.

Additional Information

In order play effectively, it would be wise to consider countering your opponents unit types.
- Melee units are consistently effective - better at dealing with larger pushes
- Ranged units are stronger in groups - better at consolidating larger pushes
- Damage and armor types are important
- Some units have unique abilities which make them potent at dealing with melee or ranged units specifically
- Reinforcement units can be brought to defend in dire situations, but only last 45 seconds
- Higher tech tree support structures have less power then normal unit production facilities, but are highly capable of disrupting enemy pushes, unit compositions, and defenses

There's no map author name.

1. You should write the attack and armour type on the unit descriptions as well not only on the ones for buildings.
2. Would be nice to mention the range of Orbital Bombardment.
3. Chaos Attack=Missiles?
4. Would be useful to mention attack and movement speed in unit and building descriptions.
5. Some buildings have a oversized selection circle while others have it too small.
6. Maybe you'd want easier hotkeys like WERTY-ZXCV?
7. Stronghold Turrets regenerate by themselves after a while?

Well, it would be much funner with more than 1 faction especially in multiplayer. Another downside is, there's only one warpath.

Awaiting Update.

Updated with the author tag.

Thank you for your feedback - will fix the issues you identified.
I agree, multiple races would perhaps be the best direction forward, rather then one combined tree.
I'll consider investing time into developing them.
