Wake Island

The battle for Wake Island in 1945.
The U.S. Marine Corps attacks the island, which is defended by the Japanese forces.
The U.S.M.C. has to destroy five towers on the island within 45 minutes to win the map.
For most fun, you should play full house (5vs5). Red is required for the air support.

Thanks to illidan and kofi_banan for the models (Credits are also in the quests).

I'm still working on this map and updating it from time to time.

I updated some things. It's more balanced, and has some new and nice effects. Feedback please!

I tested this privately and I see great potential. Though I'm sure it's even better with a full house ^_^

Suggestions:
-Re-do terrain. Not the shape of the island but the terrain. Make it more complicated and add variation.
-Rename "Rifleman" to "Marine"
-Use more custom models. For Medic and Mortar in particular.
-45 mins is somewhat unrealistic. Make the time set by the host at start.

I'm excited for the potential of this map :)

I think you got the facts wrong. The U.S were defending the island and the Japanese were attacking. I think you also forgot another landing beach on the island.

This in in 1945, so the Japanese defend. They got Wake Island in December 1941, shortly after Pearl Harbor. In reality, the Japanese forces on Wake Island surrendered to the U.S.M.C. without any fighting in 1945, but I made it a little different.

[-] - Some trigger could constantly repeat over and over again.
[-] - Hotkey error, Machine Gun and Mortar "M" hotkey clash with one another.
[-] - A lot of fire at those ruin building, it cause a major lag. Reduce the amount of fire.
[-] - Some dummy unit can be selected, give them locust ability instead.
[-] - Reduce the size of aircraft.

Review : First of all, I would like to state the trigger are poorly develop. It have a serious leak which could eventually make this game lag if been played for a period of time.

There is no single variable used to fix those leak. No local variable and no global variable had ever been used either.

And some trigger could repeat over and over again, such as this trigger.

Terrain is pathic.
Triggering is intricate made and also patheic.
Gameplay is very bad because it is unbalanced, it ruins the game.

That are just a few things I told you. I totally agree with Septimus and I say you can even be happy of getting 2/5.
I will rate like him.

I made some AT cannons (like 5 or 6) and killed the first enemy base with them in less than 7 minutes (including knowing how the game even works).
Also, if the engineers die you have to opportunity to build tanks, building creeps is also a stupid idea.
Maybe you could make them to be trained.

Wait, let me get the things clear:
You had an enemy, that was unable to build a defence against 5 or 6 AT cannons within less than 7 minutes? Was he AFK? Playing against noob has nothing to do with balance.
Just try to get some enemies, that are not completely brain dead.

And the second one: Your opinion, I think that idea is good.

2 things:

1. I am not a Septimus Fan ... -.-
2. No, I played versus a computer player, the green one and I rolled over his base in less than 7 minutes what means that those units are too strong.
