It's a pretty neat model, it really looks like Vol'jin should. There are a couple of issues though: -The model has no portrait lights, so it looks weird. Just copy some from other portrait (selecting them in another model, ctrl+c and then ctrl+v in...

Hey great model! Works well in world editor. But I have a question. What's the voljin_shadowhunter_main_diffuse.dds for and how can I use it?
Also I wanted to add this model as default model instead of the old shadowhunter ,but when I do that the model appears full white :(

It is a picture of the skin used by the model.

Delete the war3mapimported\

Its path is always
voljin_shadowhunter_main_diffuse.dds
Hi again. Yea I made it work in world editor, but i was curious is I can change the model completely and have it as default when I always try to use the shadowhunter in maps
If I add the .mdx here Warcraft III\retail\units\orc\heroshadowhunter the model becames the default version but it's white because I did not add the .dds which has the changes for this model
I do not know how to add it so it will work :(

In this case, I think this dds path should be Warcraft III\retail\
Put this dds in the retail directory, not in the model folder.

There are a couple of issues though:
-The model has no portrait lights, so it looks weird. Just copy some from other portrait (selecting them in another model, ctrl+c and then ctrl+v in your model), check them ingame and modify them a bit until you are satisfied.
-Fix the portrait angle, it's currently a bit odd. I'd recommend moving the camera a bit downwards or backwards or both. Perhaps with the lightning it's enough.

Try to fix the selection bleed. Possible causes for this are: There's a SPL in the portrait or in the model that is not properly set. Sometimes they hide inside the nodes, for example near the arm or chest. If it's in the portrait, which I don't think it is because I checked it -could be wrong tho-, just find it and remove it. It's most commonly found there.
