Gameplay: Void Wars is a map that you could either call genius, or just a heavily modified melee map. What do I mean? Well, The basics are the same, but on a much larger, complex, adn diverse scale...
You start with a base, you build your army, you kill the enemy, you win. What IS uniqe in this map is the scale of battles, and a well thought system. Balance seems reasonable, especially since there is only one race :p Basicly, the gameplay portion of the map is very nice, it's even playable in single player!

Terrain: Wel, its space, it has a few asteroids, and a few glowy things I cant really identify... too small to be suns, so dunno... A bit of diversity would have been nice, but I understand that it's hard to make in a space map. Still, I think you could have done more...

Visual/Audial: Now comes the bad part...While the models are well made, I KNOW some of the models are not made by you... But there are no credits! While the map lacks that, the map will most likely not get aprooved, so you should go and fix that. Also, the quest log basicly doesnt exist, not even a users manual, and, again, NO CREDITS given to the modeller(s)! The ingame GUI is completley black, that does add a certain feeling, but Im not sure thats how you wanted it... If you did, then I take this back :). A very annoying thing is the lack of smallprint editing. The drone sounds like peasant, when you build something, you still see the wood/gold icons, while in the GUI, you see Titanium, and... wood? Come on, that just looks awefull, either edit it, or cut it out completley! There are some otehr smaller bugs, but this is the deepest point in the whole map..

RED LIGHT (No credits given)

Multiplay: Very fun, just like any other map including huge smart armies fighting eachother... Its much more fun playing against, or WITH other players, then the computer...

Overall: I am confused with this map... One portion of it is like a work of art, while the other portions are left on the floor to rot. But it would still be on hte border of acceptance, but the lack of Credits toss it over the red line...Also, you REALLY should edit those small, but annoying graphical and audial things I mentioned (Voices, Wood/Gold Change, ect...)

More armor upgrades would be fun in the map with exponentially increasing honor cost.
(as from a point honor points gets useless)
And some kind of turret base would be nice too cos starbase is weak and dont worth it costs. (I was thinking about a simple building which could hold more and more items by upgradeing it and also its hp and mana would increase with the upgrades.)

Antimatter is spelt as I just spelt it not as AntiMater. Thats just one spelling mistake [you also misspelt 'Fortress' and 'Research'
The only bad aspect of this map I can see is that you used the EarthLOW model instead of the higher one you also use the default icons for building and gathering, also with the default tooltips. Otherwise a good looking game.

N.B. I'm making a space game too, and as competition I must mow you down *grabs chainsaw*. I apologise for the inconvenience.

bugs:
command post dont give 25% increased attack it gives 50%.
and it stucks. (like putting 6 command post on a assault carrier will give u +300% damage)
some of ur ships cant stop attacking ur planet if u attack it:D
(ai-s still use 5-10 drone for mining when it can be solved with 1 crew station and 2 drones)

some suggestions:
shades are too strong, u should increase its price.
also putting increased food cost on better fighters would be nice.
and a antifighter frigate would be nice too:D
if players drops ai should take over...
harder ai-s (like: they should randomly raid mines with fighters would be fun, and they start mining more than 1 mine after a time.)
and better starbase. (more hp maybe)

after 7 hours play with 2v2v2v2v2 ai-s (insane) (http://i28.tinypic.com/33eu2c5.jpg).
this happened: http://i27.tinypic.com/2unyj9v.jpg (the lots of ai color on the map is crew stations.)

Ai-s mass spawning crew stations and doing nothing, they didnt build advance research station or capital shipyard when they had tons of money, honor and free food and they only building small fleets 1-2 frigates 5-10 fighters. yes its after 7 hours and I dont know what happened at that time, but they only killed few ai...

(damm I forget to save it.. but I can run it again is I never turn of my pc:D)

I did it again with 2.0.5 and ai-s was capable killing each other and won the game so congrats!:D

nice updates.
but anti fighter turrets get bit too stong.
and ai-s still very easy to kill.
also u should add something like that: if a player leaves ai takes control.

I tried it, and its quite nice, i give it 4/5 because it takes time to get to know the units (they could use better description other than weakness/strength) but in any case thumb up :D

Suggestion.....

is the AI make probes?i if yes, There is a bug, The AI should be defeated immediately if he have no workers, building and his homeworld, because 1 time, i wait for i guess 5 or more minues before i win..

Suggestion:
1. The model of the Assault Carrier, Desroyer and Arbiter Frigate.

The Model of the Destroyer should be in the Assault Carrier,
the model of Assault Carrier should be in the Arbiter Frigate,
And the model of Arbiter Frigate should be in the Destroyer..

How could be the millenium falcon is bigger than the Imperial Star Destroyer?

2. There should be battleships Cruisers and BattleCruisers..
and this game will be great if there are more units.. :wink:

3. The Flagship, of course, should be change too... ( the model)

4. the model of Fortress should be the giant ball was it Death star or something? in the star wars.. Sorry because i forgot the name of it. :grin:

The map is very nice, actualy the best space map I ever played. Nice model usuage, EPIC fights, etc..

But I think the Icons you used suck. For a unit or building, you should use a icon based on a pic of the unit, not an abstract unicolor form. These icons just suck man.

Otherwise, best space map ever! 5/5

And If you dont know how to do that, I can do for you. It's pretty simple to make a Icon based on a in-game unit.

[off topic]Fuck yeah! Sodom is great. It beats Slayer, Slipknot, Dimmu Borger, or any other "evil" bands that those posers listen to.

well i know how to make icons (the ones in map are mine) but i dont have time right now and i think that these are fine

if you want you can meke some for me.I would like to try them out
btw have you played it on bnet? Tell what do you think bout gameplay.

y not just give player 5 drone at early game, it will avoid new player use up all money on other things.

btw the harvest rate seems abit low,

also, give a colonial planet in the location of home planet for those unused player.

lastly, since all projectile is homing, what is the point of having fighter move here and there?

edit: the team priorities seems bugged, i play a game with 3v3v3, but instead of all 3 ally put togather, 1 of it is on the other side,

some player started with 2 enemy as their neigbor, and some with 1 enemy.

Whew this is has just become one of the good maps to play, i just love flying around with the Flagship, and smash things :) And the AI is perfect to. 5/5
Edit: Good thing you implemented the gravity well, it was kinda easy when you could just hyperspace into the middle of an enemy base :p

Good map just in my few seconds of playing I got really frustrated.

This map annoys me because when you press gather on an asteroid it says must target resource. So i was wondering how I get more titanium as I can not seem to mine it from asteroids?

other than that the map seems ok not that I can play much without being able to mine titanium,

not all asteroids are mineable.you can only gather from the rich asteroids that represent mines the other are just there for map to look nice
