ULTIMATUM XP WARRIORS

INTRODUCTION

Set in the universe of the Warhammer 40k series and just like the other deathmatch games, you must race your kill points from the others to the goal, this map will serve as an introdutory map for the Ultimatum XP map collections, other maps will feature Capture the Flag, Impossible Bosses and such....

HOW DO I PLAY??

You start as a pilot who needs a mech to duel his enemies, choose your mech at the Workshop, to control the mech:

Z-Melee Weapon
X-Booster pack
C-Repair for 100 gold

Weapons are in the inventory, use the numpad as shortcut!!

v.1.4
- Added a new hero "Akatsuki"
- Fixed Building destory
- Fixed all spelling for Strength(LoL :D)
- Fixed pilot of the Ghost
- Fixed roads

wh40k? The map looks nice will test it maybe review it.

Edit: The map looks good, not so many heroes though. It has varied abilities, a descent terrain and a good camera.
The main thing I liked about the map is that terrain could be used to your advantege, aka you could hide yourself in buildings.

the camera needs work and maybe more heroes and terrain need more work i think...

thanx for the comments guys, i'm planning to put more doodads (e.g. light, posts, blah...) to make the terrain more "urban"

and for the camera i'm going to put a weapon in the inventory that can choose camera angle so players can customize to whatever style they want to....................

the game good enough though hope you add more unique skills for each hero model not just common..add creeps and boss for fun gameplay?:thumbs_up::thumbs_up:

I do i quick update after a terrible bug has been seen by my tester after a lan game, here is the changelog:

1. Fixed Repair, spell can now be done by all players without leaking
2. Balanced mana, everyone has full mana after revival

Now this is a stable version, update will come after a month cause i'll be busy...

before i say anything let me say thank you....thank you so much for having a decent description.

Now that thats out of the way ill download and test. will tell you what i think when i can!

Ok there are a few problems but this was an excellent map!
One thing is i would like to see how much mana the weapons cost to use. it doesnt say anywhere.
Second is please make it so you cant walk thru those buildings. its just silly lol.
Third make the starting buildinds(the one you choose your mech from) invul.
Fix the roads they do look a little strange. but other then that the terrain was awesome!

As funny as it was that one of my friends was afk at start and we found out AoE weapons could hit him.....he wasnt very happy when he got back and couldnt pick his mech. Yes we destroyed the chooser.....LOL.

Anyways good map keep up the good work. currently i would give 4/5(which im about to do) and vote for approval(which i am also about to do).
But yeah fix up that stuff and i would give this map 5/5

oh i forgot i cannot show the mana in the items cause i don't know how, i'm reasearching about that :)

I like the new pic on the mini map preview. Like the new mech. Roads look better!

Couple things.
Maybe make all the mechs a little faster. Just to give to game a more "Fast paced" feel.
Second you need more weapons!! im sure your probably workin on that but that would make the game better imo.
Make each mech seem more unique.

The preview image just kicks ass, i clicked here as just as i saw it, wh40k the dark crusade Tau military commander Shash'o with full wargear FTW! Testing the map.
