Cuz its a great model. And moderator isnt a robot. I approve the approving.

Then thats power abuse, misconduct on what a moderator should do.
Moderators are not above the rules, they enforce them, they do not disregard them or invent invisible ones because they or a bunch of resource grabbers think a model is "cool".

If you search some of the old threads, you can download this model freely anyway.

I like to point out when people in power do the wrong thing (doesnt mean i dont make mistakes), and to teach people they shouldn't encourage or rally on others to break the rules.

The rules are the rules, and unless you want to change them for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING and not just things a moderator or users think are cool then fine, as long as its reasonable. Its wrong to invent invsible rules for exceptions as its CLEARLY UNFAIR.

Besides, who says complaining is senseless when im pointing out power/moderator flaws in a system?

Its debatable Expresso already has this model up for download in the modelling forums, so technically, he already gave permission for people to download it :S

Pretty good model, even though its not yours.

Don't like it so much, because of this slimmery things ( I know what they should be) but good enough for a game.

The slimmery things (his wings) are in diablo 2, in every Cinematic, and Ingame as well.

If he uploaded it, it means he wants people to download it, since he put a lot of work into it. It would be a complete waste of a great model to remove it.

Don't ask me, I'm only pointing out the obvious.

Can't you guys stop arguing and just accept it? It's a good model, it's usefull, and it was approved. It's also just not worth trying to get it removed. Although the file size is large. It would be better for a single player diablo map.

Don't ask me why its such a big file size, the tyraelwing0#.blps were a repetitive wave of his wings (hence the animations of bad-assness)

Kimberly, you remind me of the foreman in "Twelve Angry Men" - He is small and has a napolean complex - I'm sure you wouldn't point out your own mistake if you had made one......so stop being such a wet blanket.

lol, isn't what your doing spamming and is against the rules? The commenting of models is supposed to be about the model not debating the power of moderators. If you want to talk about this take it somewhere else... btw if your Elfen please don't kill me. xD

Wow, can't you people stop denying the fact that this model upload IS against the modelling rules? Sure, it looks great and all, but most of you'll prolly spend that 1.2 mb in a multiplayer map. Campaign-only, I'd say.

At least you downloaded it, I don't see why you need to complain further.

Sweet, pity its so insanely big...
The wings look really good, though they have a bit of a low framerate...
Maybe improve the shading a bit.

This is not about the model that's poorly executed or epic win. It's about The fact that all credits and such should be given the original maker of this model. Only he has the right to upload this unless he gave permission.
Not only is kimberly right about this, you are also completely wrong. Why the heck should we change our rules for this model? This submission is against the rules and therefor, it should be deleted.

So you don't mind.
Let's surch on old threads and remove this submission.
It's not the first time this model has been submitted.
It has been rejected the last time because Expresso has not given his permission.
Even if he don't mind you must ask him and inform him that one of his model has been submitted by someone else.

This model will be most likely rejected due to the lack of permissions given by the original maker (said: Expresso)

Please obtain written (verifiable) permission before uploading.
