This is really cool.

The attack animation bugs me a bit, though. Instead of lazily having light in front of all of the barrels at once, it would be a lot better to have light in front of one barrel, which flashes each time a rotating barrel moves behind it.

The death animation is also disappointing and very much limits its usefulness.

I love it, but I'll have to give it only a 3/5.

Did wonder - is there a reason you chose not to use the usual orc birth anim (the small one from the burrows or tower would fit the model) ?

Work-wise this would be easy to add using matrix eater, i could happily do that and post up if you're not familiar with it as any other way i know would be a tedious slog. (Although, looking from the way you pulled in the goblin with stand anims i figure you have something equivalent or better). It would increase the file size to around 100kb i reckon.

I rated 5/5 anyway :)

Neat!

I'm excited to see Warcraft-y models from you, Mike. You've got loads of talent as seen in your other works; I'm just more particular to stuff like this. : )

A pure & simple model, quite elegant. I love zany Goblins and their contraptions, rickety as they are. Perhaps my only thought would be that this did not go far enough. Throw a few more nurnies on there, perhaps... And in terms of animations, he could use a bit of spinning I suppose. (Question: does he spin to face his target? That's really important IMO).

Beyond that, there's not much else to say. Good model. Love the well-placed "WELCUM". xD
