It's good to see you've provided different fitting decoration for each element. However, quality of the troll has been significantly reduced, his face has been washed poorly with the hue change, noticeably his tusks which could benefit from higher contrast and proper highlight.
I would also reduce the sfx tenseness for Cloak of Healing and Frost, as they seems exaggerated and is overwhelming both the cloak and troll's visage. Try giving more depth by layering them with different hue of colors like how you did with the Flame and Mana; dark green as background, with minimal light-green to catch the eye but not too much and so on.
It could be approved with alternative authors - with the mentioned issues fixed.
