Tribe Wars v1.6

You pick your hero and level up, gather better gear and learn new abilities, making yourself more and more potent at destroying enemies.

Goal is to defeat the primal god of the enemy tribe. There are many side competitions (arena, dungeons, events, items...) which makes game faster, funnier and there is a good game system which makes heroes funny to be played with.

There some problems with the arena. It forces you fight even if did not want to with your ally. When you fight you unallied with your teammate for good. Also the winner is stuck in the arena with no exit. I really like this map, the classes skins and weapons are really well done.

This, is a Fun game, unlike other AOS, it seems, battles are Triggered.
But, theres only 2 of them? I Love the heroes, there fun and easy to play with.
I Soloed the Dark Prince with a Level 30 Totanic or whatever it was. xD
I Had lots of fun in this map, I'd suggest,
More Items, Enemies, and Battles.
Its a real Great Game.

Wow, Third Battle 3 Lines of Melee, 2 Lines of Range. Nice, Awsome battles. Looking foreward for alot more.

PS. What do the spirit healers do?
Also, Increase Priority in Flameskull Casters and Temple Guardians, Nobody seems to want to attack them, Unless you want them like that.
But, Please, x2 The Troll and Orc Bosses Strength, A good Level 30 can beat them Soloed.
AND! When The Orc BladeMaster is killed it Says Far Seer has been killed.

oh that's something i haven't noticed, tnx for the info, and ya bosses r pritty weak, but you know... if they have a whole team of heroes behind their back they get tough. it's ment to be played player vs player, but i could include single player mode.
About the spirit healers: they do the same like fountains in dota, except that they're not in bases. so they restore mana and hit points over time when you are standing next to them.

btw i'm working on new version atm, and i have just done the repick system as well as some more info on level 30 on how to get additional skills (there are hidden trainers on the map) and now i'm gonna do another battle and a new dungeon, etc... expect another version next week or so

But I'm not playing single player, most bosses
are beat, very easily with 4 people before the heroes can return to save there Leader.
Also, I know of the hidden trainers, The Totemic one was a bit tricky to find. xD

Nice map, a little too long. I loved the classes and the spells, they are great.


Some stuff:
The PvP fights are a little too short. For example, my totemic kills anything with 2 spells (in 1 second).

In the previous version players still stuck in the arena sometimes.

Every game there are are 1-3 idiots who have absolutely no clue where to begin leveling. They all go against the lvl 18 lizards or the gods or something high level, die a few times and quit the game complaining it sucks. I know they should just follow the green dots on the map and with some common sense fight the low level creeps, but maybe you should consider adding some noobprotection.

The terrain is nice in overall but it is a little dull here and there.

You said in the changelog that killing the bosses in Zul'Bane will add 4 new bosses. So far I've found water, earth and fire elementals, but I can't find the fourth. Where is it?
It's kinda weird that the trolls have a falcon god.
So far, it's a great map. Continue to work on it.

Excellent map, However the Water elemental made our group wipe several times before we killed him. Are you supposed to move outa the way of the waves like garthoc? Anyway great job! :infl_thumbs_up::infl_thumbs_up:

I found a bug, if you play as the Skullfire Clan you can leave the camp before the barricades are destroyed. It's a small leak to the right of those 2 Skullfire Ritualists, near the Skullfire Warlock.

Found another bug, if you are Demon Warrior and use Assasin's Rush on someone and the target is killed sooner then the projectile impacts, the Demon Warrior is perma invurnable.

Well not exaclty perma invuln. If you use it again it resets and your back as the demon warrior. O and thxs for the advice with the water elemental. Also when your in the black citadel the dark prince keeps spamming his felguard summon. I dont know if you wanted it like that or not but I thought I should report it.

aw akrima u beat me to the invuln glitch :*(

projectiles of water are hard to see b/c of the whole water gushing everwhere lol, but if your fire its super easy to avoid n cast n keep going not sure about tanks and how they fair tho

and the felguard summon is supposed to happen every 40seconds i believe, they die after that time, and you can kill them easy with the towers too

on invuln glitch im not sure but im pretty sure spell does dmg, then it runs you to the unit, so maybe have it hit unit, stun then dmg? not sure

good map btw :)

edit: i dont know if this is right but i equiped shadow stalker (demon warrior) set blade and armor, then got ring, then i got another ring b/c i had space and it said i equiped the set again, not sure if it gives +40 hp steal and +60 dmg?

edit2: also you know that repick doesnt work right? it does not sense first hero pick, and doesnt give food, second gives food but does not allow repick due to having to select hero

edit3: also the orc god stays at his pentacle spawn location but the troll god moves away from his triangle, perhaps make where troll god stands the triangle spawn as well?

edit4: btw y doesnt bandit area respawn, everything but them does, i mean i personaly wouldnt go out of my way for those items, but someone might

edit5: btw ive nver seen revenant do his monsoon, ever and he starts with 0 mana

edit6: zul'bane assassin is a pain, he isnt attacked by units, but heros attacking him can get attacked by units due to pathing (especialy mystic with his far reaching fire)

edit7: woa there are game modes, lol maybe put in a short hint about those so blue has a chance to put them in?

edit8: demon warrior has low hp boost and moderate spell i believe. i do not get that, hes totaly a tanking class why give him low hp? on second thought, perhaps just raise his starting hp a little or raise it a lot and compensate it in HP growth, b/c he has bad starting hp, but later on he is decent, hard to solo sometimes but thats good

edit9: im not sure how to put this but, why is it easy to get kills (wood) form basic creeps but it takes a crapload for higher, i mean once i max out and get all the elemental items and best boots and the ghost item i might as well just go to furbolgs or satyrs and get 5k kills so i can get good wood, i dont know how to fix but maybe give more wood for harder things, b/c otherwise its just not time effective to help allies get items once you have yours

edit10: perhaps add some hp to bosses or skills b/c as is i can solo them all which makes it pretty easy, not a bad thing, but group play ftw right?

edit11: i believe u wanted a list of ten things :) woot woot lol

Question: are there some charms that just dont fuse b/c all of pali's and a few creeps im not finding a fuser for

Quesiton2: should i keep editing if no one posts or can i start a new one if i have a new list? (i dont, but i plan on playing it for a bit today so i might find stuff; and people might not post)?

Question3: why do some classes get class specific tier five items where others get general caster/fighter?

Well, since DW no longer becomes invuln or invisible while casting, that wouldn't be a prob. Any other way of dealing with this problem causes crashes/remains the same, so it's simply to risky to have it solved otherwise.

Felguards are supposed to summon even if you weren't there, so that he would have guards from the very beginning of the fight. They however are easily destroyed with towers.

As for sets, it doesn't give you multiple bonuses, but does report having the set completed, which shouldn't happen if you already have it. Fixed in 1.5b

Repick fixed in 1.5b.

Well, troll god would have advantage if he would stay at his spawn point due to visibility, and if i would move his spawn point i would have to move temple guardians aswell, meaning that they would be much more vulnerable to enemy attacks.

Well, you may be right, so i will make bosses in Nordhog mine respawn in 1.5b

Revenant does lightning storm only when attacked, but it can be easily interrupted with stun/silence effects, so that might be why you haven't seen it.

I'm not sure i know what you wanted to say about zul'bane assassin.

The modes are explained in quests, but 1.5b will display text indicating this to player 2.

Well, the most i can do is increase his starting hit points by a bit, but, just for the record, he and totemic have exactly the same amount of strength gain per level, which is 4.5, while berserker has the biggest gain which is 5.
Increased his starting hit points by 10 and hit points gain per level from 20 to 25

I was thinking a while about this problem, and i guess i will change kills to soul crystals property, make items bought for it a little more expensive, but make your soul crystals gain proportional to creep level.

Well, feel free to post new post, since it's easier for me to spot them, and i guess i will have to put your name in credits, as well as everyone's around here.

Well, as for sets, since i made two type of sets for every general class (caster,fighter,assassin) i had to make some classes share sets, while others don't. For example, warlock and cleric share same set, but they gain different bonuses which makes that set ideal for them. Tbh, no1 said: you can't use mystic/shaman's set if you're a warlock; that's a wrong thought. you can, and it basically will increase your damage output, but will reduce your survivability. As for totemic/berserker, they share same sets, but which one you'll use depends of the party configuration. For example, if you don't have berserker in your team, but you do have totemic and you need a tank, you will take retribution set, while in other hand, if your team already has a tank, and you're a berserker, you will most likely take wrath set. Since DW and HH are two different classes in same class group, i thought that it would be best if i would separate their sets, so that HH gets higher damage output, while DW gets higher survivability.

1reverant area also doesnt allow you to leave, might want to add a hint b/c water (final) has one but i dont remember if he (rev) does

2ok with zul'bane assassin you moved him to make it so creep waves did not attack him as they passed right?

3the problem is that if a hero such as mystic attacks him, his spell (the pheonix fire upg via son of pheonix) is far enough that it hits the passing troops, thus making the troops attack you instead of continue on pathing

4ok i nver saw modes in quests but ok lol ill recheck them

5thats a great fix for kills since you can easily change creep level and trigger a sensor for it :)

6with the troll god, why does he not stand on his triangle though, the orc god specificaly goes to his pentacle once he heads to base after going out, whereas the troll one goes to a spot below his thats what i was getting at, b/c the two temple guards near his spawn never see any action in the fight

7might want to add a subquest lol or have you b/c i have seen one, perhaps get one Z minutes into game telling about bandits, then X minutes into the game telling about reverant (X>Z) then Y minutes (Y>X) for dark prince, ect b/c otherwise its kind of random to find/see where to go or how to do them

8also plz increase boss dificulty, such as for gods the random spell system you were talking about (i wouldnt make splash random tho, b/c its hugely effective in repeling people which is good) and even bandits/rev/dark castle/mountain giant (mg- b/c thats what im gonna call him if i refer to him so heads up :) )/zul'bane could use small boosts pali too b/c i can solo them pretty easy

9perhaps with pali make it so they stay near to ship more b/c usualy how i beat them the easiest is via splitting them up so i can take them down easier

10ill try to number things for ease and not go over 10

totemic is having issues with wolves, they get pwned by the fire obelisks in the dark princes lair its funny but annoying too b/c usualy their the ones who attack the obelisks and pwn themselves lol

But i see some bugs like this, mistic have too lot stuns and he can up lvl very fast. I thing you need remove some stun from mistic. Add to boss spells, becose boss look like very stupid just hit, hit, hit. And pliz edit warlock summon, becose warlock is very weak charcter, shadow haze not spell, shit. Add weapon enchanting with colors change And pliz try to add Armor Effect

warlock can only kill monsters using life drain but its channeling, in pvp drain with stun will corupting, summon have 20dmg~ 200hp~ his just giving life bonus, worlock-summoner i thing but i don't see summons in your warlock.

Well you didn't see right. Warlock's spells deal greatest damage over time in game, and he does just as much damage per 60 seconds as any other class, but, his minions (not satyr, he's scout/life bonus pet; I mean his infernals) can deal massive damage and stunlock 1 target. Plus, his shadowsteal (not life drain, but his ultimate spell) is best health steal mechanism in TW so he's one tough soab. And that, shadow raze, you just described as useless is spell that does about 9k damage in lategame if the target is affected by both 2nd and 3rd spell, so it's far from useless. Oh and one more thing: warrior (berserker) has 15k hp with best gear. Warlock has 14.5k hp with his best gear. So, please test the class better before you judge it. As for the mystic, he needs those stuns because he gets killed very fast without them. He's not imbalanced.

Maybe you are right,but totemic i see one bug when you activate totem whit inmmortalati sometimes and enemy change to inmmortal nad whit this totem you can kill all boses solo becose boss don't do zero damage.

Headhunter more rather like to warlock, becose his bear in early strong and in late strong, this bear like real warlock.

I thing you need create char like pvz berserk very easy beat a mistic and in your map will be created nice balance...

Lol some awesomeness here. A few suggestions and comments (mind you I've played it in an older version, not sure 'bout this one):

-About the new boss area thing like "Elemental Fury has been unleashed.." and so on, you could also make a ping in the map, cause I spent a hell lot of minute trying to find the Elementals until I evetually gave up.

-The items give me an epic legendary feeling, so that's good, but maybe include a new feature on the vault. Maybe you could add an ability in the vault, that when it's activated, that could instantly store the item into the vault, instead of dropping the item of equivalent type in your inventory, then transfering it manually.

-The heroes are epic, they are good. Maybe add a few extra class.

-The map information section could be more helpful.

That's all. It'd be great if you find my suggestions and feedback helpful.
