TowerCautionRing

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
A model to display range of fire of towers. It can spin. It is 100 range now. Easy to scale.

Could you make one with 100 range? so we could scale it easily, it would be easier to scale that, we just need to scale it 2x if we need it to be 200, 3x if we need it to be 300, etc. Thanks! :D

The link to viewer is the ''View In 3D'' below the ''Add to DCrimson's Reputation'' link.
Just click the ''View In 3D'' (on top-right link) to view the model.

there should be a small 'view in 3D' button right to the 'update' button on any resource, but maybe some browsers can't see it.. which do you use?

I switch to chrome and I can see it now. why is the texture still the old one?..

I dunno. Guess it should be like that ''forever'' if you not edit the model as Misha suggested...

i think you better post an Instruction on how to use it.

but teach us how you do this, how to import, click, trigger

for beginner friendly

You can use trigger to control transparency depending on the distance between hero and the tower, and the color depending on whether the is hero is being attacked.

Use the "local player" to set different color and transparency to distinguish different players.

I don't know how to copy the triggers to text and my world editor is in Chinese....

should the collision size be additive? Gonna try it.

EDIT:
This is great, tried using it. Scaled the model to 5x and created an effect to compare distance with script distance units. Here's a screenshot:
