This IS a free-hand, I did free-hand all of the recoloring on the armor, and shadowed accordingly, please don't call it just a "recolor" i did not use a recolor tool.

This is my first skin, any constructive criticism is welcomed folks. I used Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9.0. Any comments about my technique (NOT THE CONCEPT) are appreciated. This skin does indeed only look good in Neutral Hostile color, I made it for my map, so I didn't bother tuning it to other peoples ideas.

maybe you don't understand the difference between freehand and recolor.
Freehand meaning that it does not look like the original unit or follow its lines.
Recolor, using similar lines/ect and look somewhat the same.

I won't call it a recolor but it's not really freehand either.
