Review : Look like ok to me, but there is no AI available for it. This eventually downgrade it's standard for single player mode.

I disagree. He set the rounds so that people host and rehost his map. It's a smart idea, in my opinion. Tic Tac Toe isn't a hard game, and it's played in most communities globally, whilst a quest log would be good for the occasional retard, on the whole it's not going to cause any heart breaks.
I can't really understand what you mean when you say -(number) and
number). Are you referencing to a score system, a trigger or something else? If you're talking about a scoring system, then you're wrong. The correct way to format it would be '*Player*: X'.I do, however, agree with the 3/5. It could be 4/5, but that's pushing it a bit.
On a side topic, wtf is the sub zero rating about?

really good with the special effects and music. The only problem is tic tac toe has no loop holes. I thought when u said "way better than original paper/pencil", that the game would be modded with other stuff unlike the original tic tac toe. Since i was always going first too, my opponent could never win and quit. I suggest adding some cool spells and stuff to make it a real experience unlike the paper/pencil.
