The Bloodline III

Episode 3 is finally here.

READ: I have made a few changes to part 1 and 2 and will update them after uploading this.
Because the plotline has taken more time than I'd hoped to lay out, I've shorted some of the dialogue and cramped more essential story material in the place of less important talking. I've also cut out a few unimportant figures.

Because of these changes, a few things in episode 3 might not make sense, so it is recommended you watch the updated part 1 and 2.

If you notice any new irregularities because of the changes in part 2 and 3, please point them out.

EPISODE 3:

My god this took a long time to finish. I took a break after finishing ep. 2. While doing the action scenes in ep. 3, I realised action takes a MUCH longer time to trigger out, for a much shorter result than a scene with just plot conveying, which is very simple to do and eats more time. The last confrontation alone took a whole day to work out x_X... However, this episode is only slightly shorter than the other 2.

Credits are shown at the end. (If I missed credit where it's due, please tell me)

Comment: Camera:

The Camera work was fine in my view of perspective, but sometimes it would have been better if it was constantly moving, making it more "intense", but the camera movement was smooth.

Animations:

There were no animations played while People were talking, which you could add to some certain places of the cinematic, but that is not necessary, although it would make it better.

Combat:

The Combat Scenes we're well made, in the beginning of battles you used the normal attack system, then the heroes/units used custom abilities with some nice special effects. Although they weren't very fast paced, they were nicely made.

Environment:

The Environment was gorgeous to look at, with forests, indoor, castles... But the only thing that bothered me was the corridor, where Lina and Chase were going to their rooms, it was empty with just one brazier in it. Some Portraits or guards would make it better.

Dialog:

The Dialog work was also nicely done, except you don't use alot of expressions in it, like "The Time is nigh", but overall the dialogs were acceptable.

Story:

The Story is intense and you want to know what happens next, but it's not very special, it's just some heroes who are going to kill a demon. But the things that happen while the binders are trying to accomplish their objective.

Overall:

It was a very nice cinematic, although shorter than the ones before, but you have really improved with each episode. 4/5: Approval

Yay, finally! Great as usually. Really looking forward how this is gonna come along, though I noticed one fook up at the beginning of the cinematic. I think it was Lina's first sentence or something. She said they had to look for the third binder, a guy. But then she said she hopes that the Archbishop hasn't gotten his hands on HER. So, is the third Binder a guy or a gal? D:

The 3 cinematic were good. Had a few suggestions.

You should improve the movement of the armies. They didn't know how to move properly. They were bumping into each other. Didn't look good.

The army consisted only of swordsmen at the castle when they were first assembled. Then there archers & others too. shouldn't the others be shown in the beginning too?

Chase's sword was looking broken during the last scene at the table(When they were talking in the guild). Similar happened in earlier 2 cinematic when body parts were going through objects. Like when chase was on bed etc. You should take care that things don't go crossing other objects. Doesn't look good.

3/5 from me & vote for approval

Review, coming up soon and i think you would win the cinematic contest :)

Hello,

The 3rd part was maybe a bit confusing, but it had nice action. At first, the combat seemed a bit dull, and it was slow-paced, however it got better.

Overall it gave a bit double-edged feelings, but it's still cool.

4.5/5
