The Beastmasters Tribe

A 2v2 melee map. Is some sort of Northrend but with no snow. Lordaeron winter trees, and tiles.

Description

This Tuskarr tribe has tamed many creatures such as wolfs, bears, pandarem and fulborgs. For many years they have been hostile to all others factions. Will their legacy prevail?

-4 gob labs
-4 orange creep expandings
-2 red creep expandings,
-1 tavern
-2 goblin markets

(Northrend merc. camps, acording to Mafe tutorial, I am open to change it to LS if necesary),

Creeps

-10 green
-18 orange creeps
-2 red creeps.

Updates

1) I do copies of the map just to be safe. Uploaded a Wip by mistake, now the final.
2) creeps levels in gob labs changed from 12 to 14, creeps levels in gob markets changed from 15 to 17.
3) Decided to do the map layout.
4) map name changed to avoid confusion with the 4v4.

Another very good map. I'd just like two item/creep changes, or understand what your idea was: -The lab camps are lvl 12 but drop a lvl 3 item. lvl 12/13 creeps fall in the weird place of being "too strong for a lvl2 item, but too weak for a lvl 3...

1) + 2) Thanks! 3) My bad. 4) It's the most common example though ;) 5) You are absolutely right. But if you look at these maps, the unbuildable terrain generally is in places where you would want to build even if you could. 6) + 7) I'm excited to see...

Another very good map.

-At the the shops, a lvl 15 camp drops a lvl 4 item. I guess we talked about this before, and you uploaded this map earlier?

As a matter of personal taste, I would also add a powerup to the expansions.

As an idea for future maps, you could think about how to make different parts of the maps look slighlty different visually. Kinda how you did on the first barrens map.
It helps players understand the map more easily, and you can more easily tell where your army is without looking at the minimap.
Some examples of this would be:
-Lost Temple, which has the "temple" area in the centre which is different from the other parts of the map.
-Amazonia or Twisted Meadows where you have shallow water in the centre.
-Last Refuge where the top part is Lordeardon Fall while the rest in Lordaeron Summer.
-Northern Isles where there is snow only in the southeast/northwest quarters of the map.

I see I'm kinda lagging behind in reviewing your maps, so I dont know if you already considered this.

1) got it, I used the magnataur inmune to spells 900 hp, thats why, but agree 100% it may need a bit more level.
2) I used the 8-4-3. frost nova, healing wave, rejuvenation, heal level 2, abolish magic, so I think is hard in healing. I also think it may be good to increase it 17 but no more or it will be hard as a red. Yes, I think I uploaded this before, or I just forgot in see again this map.
3) that was done from the begining,, look is hard to spot

4) I am practicing sunken ruins, and yes temple areas mix well with forest areas.
5) I am avoiding the use of water and unbuildable tiles in general since you cant build, just to be safe, I dont wish to limit tower buildings, or creep corruption for undeads.
6) I do like that type of maps, I hope to do something unique with that later.
7) I like that map.

8) well in the aqueduct, the aqueducts may help to recognice the center of the map. in my sunken ruins, there is water/ruins and forest.
I will keep that hint in mind

about this map I wanted to do a northrend map with no snow. And I hardly think the purple fog will fit in other map.

updated:
1) increased from level 12 to 14.
2) increased from 15 to 17.
3) powers ups in mines were there.
