For a map to be approved, it needs to support English Language. You may have bilingual version or two maps with different languages.
I will put this in Awaiting Update (auto reset to Pending when you update), just update the map to fulfill the condition above.

@deepstrasz Map has not been updated in almost a year, I suggest putting it out of awaiting update since the author has already mentioned last year that he is unwilling to translate.

map in russian and for an orpg map where there are quests and so on, its impossible to play it in a language you can't understand, sad.
