It's somewhat useful... The model change isn't really noticeable, but for a small filesize it wouldn't hurt to use it.

For those of you who don't know what it does, it adds an extra glow when cooldowns finish to grab your attention a little more to the spell that finished its cooldown.

Two things:
First, learn english. Use an automatic translator (or a better one than you use now, if you use one now), ask someone to help you, whatever...but what you write there is just unreadable.
Second, please do not upload DotA models that were not created by yourself.
