67chrome: It looks like to much effort was placed into modifying parts of the original skin rather than just re-doing it yourself. The amount of freehand work is to little to approve this, though you did change the armor a bit. The cracks in the face and armor look a little spammed and poorly done, the buckle on the belt wraps incorrectly, and this skin could generally stand to be entirely re-worked.

The Screenshot sucks... Way too dark.
And I like the idea, but the skin is ATM lacking...
The face is a recolor, and the belt is bit lame... it hasn't any symbol or something.

2/5

Oh... and breebree, what the hack!?

Colour
I like the idea and the colour scheme is ok but the red really messes up the dark colour scheme of the skin (purple, navy, and gray) but otherwise the mix of colours was done fairly well.

3.6/5

Shading and Highlights
Ths shading and highlights were done quite well. the fact that the red parts of the skin were too "on top" of the face and the legs and not nesiscarily shaded to look like they were actually attached to the skin. fix this. the cracks on the pate armour were pretty much drawn on as well. but the overall armour i have to say, was incredibly blurry.

3.5/5

Originality and Execution
Overall, this was an ok idea but a very generic idea. (A dark paladin. we havent seen that before... -.-) but it was mostly just a poor recolour with ok shading and very few appealing details. there is also the fact that it looks like you CnPed the black haired paladin face and mustache and CnPed the white haired paladin's beard. so overall the execution was poorly done.

1.3/5

= 8.4/15
= 2.8/5

The armor looks like it is pretty much in the same place as it is in Uthur's skin, though you have made some noticeable differences, such as the line on the chest-which wraps hideously on the model. By the looks of your screenshot only half of the belt buckle is used, and your design on the unwrap seems more like it is not meant for that. Your shading is actually really nice, but recoloring and shading existing parts of the skin is not considered freehand work. By the looks of the freehand portions you did accomplish on this skin you have it in you to make a nice submittable resource, but this is currently not it :(

I would highly recommend checking out the 2D art tutorials on this website, it could offer the tools you need to at least create better screenshots. Review the skin submission rules as well.

Have mercy just because this is your first skin? MUHAHAHA WE WON'T GO EASY ON YOU BECAUSE OF THAT OR ANY OTHER REASON!

This skin, kinda undeadish paladin (Deathknight whatever) , just to bad you couldn't edit the animation of Channel Spell so instead of it shining it would be black purplish. I don't see a big problem with it as far as I know.
