As for a flying succubus someone did give the WC3 succubus models harpy/gargoyle animations along with its normal ones in an alternate form. Of course, if I remember correctly that model had no portrait file and took up significantly more space than this skin.

But I believe I am the first person to submit a flying succubus skin, and although it shares some things with the WC3 version it does have a different clothing and armor style

Edit - My webspun Zombie skin is essentially my blue version of this one XD

This harpy is much, much better than the default skimpy Blizzard ones, even if it isn't really a harpy anymore. This is one of the skins destined to replace it's Blizzard sibling in my MPQ forever.

Heres a model edit that works with the texture:
Textures\StygianHarlot_by67chrome.blp

This model has been upscaled to work more pleasantly with buffs and has a collision size which is easier to click.
