Note: the portrait uses a different path. To replace it you have to import again the same .blp file and change the path to:
Textures\Dryad.blp
So you will have two imported SteppeWatcher.blp:
"units\nightelf\dryad\dryad.blp" for the model.
"textures\dryad.blp" for the portrait.

I guess thats pretty stupid from blizzard to have model and portrait using different paths...anyway nice texture, we defiitely can use more centaurs...maybe i could create portrait, using the same path as the body.... it should be much less kb than another blp, dont you think ?

I did that, here is the portrait file and custom path you have to put into world editor so it rewrite the ingame one. Now you can use only one - main texture.
units\nightelf\dryad\Dryad_portrait.mdx

This is pretty cool, but it needs smoother and stronger shading to fit in with warcraft 3 skins.

It's been done before. There are a few female centaur models, and FrIkY was working on a centaur female skin(also based on the Dryad), but he never posted it.
Anyway, this looks pretty cool, but you really ought to start redrawing the faces.

The back has the same texture as the breasts, even the original skin has boobs on the back.
