67chrome: Cross checked this with the original skin, and this is mostly filter work. Please review the skin submission rules and make sure your skin complies with them before you upload something here.
You are probably better suited for creating skins for the request section of this site, you might want to check out the simple modifications their if you plan on uploading useful material to this site. That or review skinning tutorials and do freehand work on your skins.

Kinda white, but nice.

I think this model is very nice acually ^^ It's not too white it's just perfect. The original WC3 marine looks like trash but this one is better i think. But im not sure i like the marine 'Face' if someone could putt in a other face it should be great ^^ Neat<3

FFS!, Filters is a plug-in that modifies the appearance of an image, in most cases just the active layer of the image. Not all of the entries in this menu meet that definition, however; the word “filter” is often mis-used to mean any plug-in, regardless of what it does. Indeed, some of the entries in this menu do not modify images at all.

Knowing your past work, I get the feeling this is like 5% freehand and 95% filters.

That's because he didn't even select the brush tool. Filters can polish any turd.
