Shoulderplate

Based on some recent inspiration I decided to create this icon and preserve as much of my work in its raw state separated on different layers in the original PSD file so that whoever is interested can look at the file and maybe get some insight from my methods. Enjoy!

Update: Added darker-rimmed version

Update: Added refined version

The unnecessary variation needs to be fixed, however Stonneash are not been active lately and the icon(s) are decent enough for approval. Users are advised to check the contents before downloading to avoid confusion.
Hm.. I think you misunderstood. This is the rim light:

Ooh I see. This is just a factor of the lighting setting in this particular instance. The human skin is based on a real picture reference inside the PSD, and it just so happens that the backlight was a strong white color and the main light was a weaker neutral one. I tried to stick to the original lighting as much as possible to make the file a usable educational resource.

No, it's not brighter than the main light of the body if you check it out, even if body is an alive material. But overall I was talking about the metal, it would even make it have more volume.

But not a big issue, it looks already cool! Keep it up! : )

Neat looking shoulder plate, the simplicity is refreshing to me.
In my opinion, the other varieties hardly have enough difference to be used as alternative, don't use the bundle tool like a change log. ;p
You should probably give each of them a unique style, or simply keep the one you like the most to avoid confusion.
