i think the point of it is to have the shop keeper in the front of this... and that would be his inventory... am i right?

I think it should have more parts to the model, not just the corner. It would be useful for a handful of maps if it weren't just a corner. Plus, the sword near the top of the model is extremely big for a sword. It should be thinner.
Otherwise the model itself is pretty good.
