Ok, so I see you are pushing WoW icons quite often.
Applying the Wc3 borders to the WoW icons is quite simple, so the least I can advise you to do is to remove the leftover white dots which are left from the original WoW icon:
  • Here is the default WoW icon.

  • Here is the WoW icon with WC3 border slapped on top of it. (How your icons are)

  • However, there are leftover white dots which are annoying and take less than 30 seconds to fix with a program as simple as Paint.

  • Simply use the pencil tool with the black color and fill them up. It's the least you can do when uploading WoW icons.

My humble suggestion towards moderators would be to ask this from people who upload WoW icons, because the leftover white dots are annoying as hell and take so little effort to fix.
