Shadow Wolf

Created by x-omg-x

This is my first time using Gimp, so im not fully sure about the features/tools.
Anyways i hope i have done some improvements with my new art program.
The wolf lacks some details, but i dont have any ideas. Feel free to come up with ideas.

Enjoy, give credits if used, and do not distribute to other sites. Thanks.

67chrome: The only real difference from the original is the fur texture, which isn't really working out to well. As mentioned in this thread, the fur on the back doesn't line up well and really sticks out. You need to work on how your textures wrap around the skin better, as well as making every part of the skin work - the fur around the back really is not working. The skin overall could use more shading and highlights as well.

it looks good, but you use too long of a hair to resemble the short hair of a wolf. as misha said. try shortening the hair. plus. the hair is going in quite a few random directions. try pointing them all in one smooth direction or curve, to make it look less messy.
As much as you have done highlights, a lot more shading is needed to make this look really good. try adding some shading around certain areas to make the shape of the wolf stand out a bit more. (muscles and bones (once again. as Misha pointed out :3)

and try fixing up the mouth and nose. the black at the end of its face just look really weird. if it was the nose i understand, but it covers a good half of the face. and try to mix it up on the team colour. Be creative and try new things with the wolf. you dont need to keep the anklets as they are yahknow ;)

What special you decide to add ? If he / she is "shadow wolf" I would like to see him/her bit more evil-looking. How about making him/her dark gray and adding purple runes, that would be awesome (but of course if she/he isn't "magical" or something don't add runes :p).
