shiiK: It's incredibly large for such a simple skin, I think it'd look exactly the same with a 32x32 sized skin. The symbol looks like it's stretched larger, making it blurry dispite the high-resolution texture. The cloth is really stiff, lacking both texture and shape. There should be some folds in the cloth. If you can't work in a texture that works (at 64x64 this should be easy), add more details to make it more interesting. Right now it's awfully empty. Lastly, the way you've shaded the emblem it almost seems it's not painted onto/sewed into the cloth, but rather is a plastic shape glued to it. First flag on THW or not, this is inadequate.
