Kwaliti: Using only planes for the planks is a bit iffy, but nonetheless approved. You should remove the death animation as it serves no real purpose.

It currently seems too simple what it needs is a animation where the blade actually falls that would make a true guillotine a normal death animation could also be nice 3/5

this is nice. but the texture is kinda boring.

ill give some detailed feedback here:

guill0.jpg

1 and 2 - avoid wrapping stuff like that (selecting an object and applying the texture to it from a single face, and let the others become screwed up). set a wrap to every face, might be a pain but the result is so much better..
3 - texture too stretched in some parts

you're using one single part of the texture many times, what makes it boring. WC3 engine can't do proper shading, you should do the shading through the wrap/texture.

guill2.jpg

here at the human lumber mill there is some representative stuff of what i said. the wooden pillars are shaded accordingly already at the texture.

you could choose darker parts of the texture and put them (at a proper resolution) at the faces that should be shaded.

and a decapitate anim + 90º down attachment point could be fun >:)

It's a doodad submission, no animations are necessary.

It doesn't require animations to be accepted, but that doesn't mean they aren't still crucial.

This model would be infinitely better if it had animations.

I'm giving it a 3/5. If this had an animation for dropping the blade, that would be really awesome. The wood also looks stretched.

Edit: Good job on the improvements, 4/5.

Im fixed this model. Now it has animations). I fixed textures as I can.

It's great now. Could you make alternate animations without the villager, where people could use triggers to put other units in it? That would significantly increase the flexibility of usefulness for this model.

Anyway, I'm raising my rating to a 4/5 for now, great job.

Every model you've submitted so far is useful and unique. Keep up the good work.

Nails removed. Instead of barrel I used the bucket. Sorry, not basket((I was trying to make a basket but it turned out badly. The last one. About bottom poligons. I dont understand what is it and where are they. Im not very strong in English( Please
take a screenshot as it did HappyCockroach above and enter them in any color.

Looks realy great I really have no ideas of what to improve that has not been said already but I agree that the blade could use some blood.
