To be honest, the CNP rules are going to hit the skin hard. But it could be a great idea to adapt the Bloodmage design into an Arthas skin, for example don't ignoring the round belt, having the cape borders of the same golden color as the armor gold...

See the chest piece? It`s off because of how the texture warps on the model. You need to actually make one side of the chest piece higher than the other, on the 2D skin, to make it more accurate on the 3D model. You can learn more on the 2d skin...
