DeepSeaMurlocRedShadowCaster.blp

Deep down on the ocean floor exists a murloc adapted to the great pressure and unyielding darkness. It Communicates with lumminesent lights and deep "mrghles". Its light organs area also used to lure prey and its gaping maw and long pale teeth gobbles up anything close enough to its anglerstalk.

A skin designed to represent the "deep sea murloc" from WoW. And is not at all inspired by avatar, even though the blizzard model share the same artistic theme/effect.

As you can see this is not a simple recolour of the previous skin. While being undoubtly based on the previous skin, it has further colour variations (such as the dark brownish green legs and reddish back topped of with a brownish yellow head.

shiiK: Works in-game. Some creative designs on this and I like the colour-scheme. It lacks shining scales, thus not really looking like a fish, but cool nevertheless.

shiiK: It looks like you forgot to update the preview as the spearhead has different colours in the two images. I don't like the white edges on the spearhead either way, so I suggest you come up with a way to work around the bad wrap. It could perhaps look better if you use some subtler, bright green/yellow as highlight instead of white. Anyway, the new shield is neat and I like the improved contrast as well.
shiiK: I like the colour palette on this one a lot, except for the purple, wire-framed spear. Please work some more on that weapon. I'd also love to see a new shield to make them more different to each other. Lastly, fix the description, there's " everywhere instead of " - this is because you probably copied the description from the other skin and THW tends to mess up Quote Marks when you update the description.

the gold color is odd looking i think. the other one had a deep sea look being blue with bright teal lights. this one almost looks armored in gold with yellow spots that resemble the disease ''small pocks'' for some odd reason (mabe thats just me).

difrent eye color could change that. or the spots could use a difrent color to seperate them selves as lights and not spots.

i cant textutre though so thats just my opinoin.
still neat, 6/10

ps, take a look at 67Chrome's ''murky murloc'' eye's.they are pale and gross looking, which may aid you in your deep sea look that you seem to be lookin for, as deep sea creatures loose usage of there eyes. just a sugestion.

A Deep sea murloc with an authentic realistic matt red colour theme found on many deep sea fishes. Other than red, deep sea fishes are mostly either transparent or pale white.
The reason why deep-sea creatures are red or dark-red is because the colour red disappears in black (as we all know it is pretty dark down there:wink:)
The creatures can also be transparent for the same reason as above (duh they are transparent :ogre_icwydt:)
This is a detail that you should take into account ( but who would ever listen to me:xxd:)

Really awsome skin btw :goblin_good_job:
Therefore I give you:

the darkening from gold to red was very effective.

as for buddys comment, i think of blue for glowing deep sea as most luminescent (cant think too high from 2 wisdom teeht being removed) glow blue so the blue skin matchs the lights.

besides, wc3 isisnt perfectly ''Real''. but of choruse iv watched all the planet earths your right.

blue one was still neat. but this one looks better now darker, if you highlight the yellow lights a bit brighter, and make the red dark red, it will be perfect.

7/10
