As for the utility, there are also doubts, since such a character as the Pudge and his Hook have been made
hundred times already. But I will not vouch for it.

At a glance, there appear to be a lot of hardcoded constants inside the triggers themselves. They appear to be unoptimized as well (in regard to JASS).
The previous review still applies, as this appears to have never been updated afterwards.
