Looks pretty cool. Cloak in the screenshot looks a little funky, but i think that has more to do with the original model strenching the texture out than the skin.
By the way, I'm pretty sure making all the parts of the skin you alpha out one solid color, like black, should reduce the file size of the texture - for the part of the robe and hair you alphaed out.

It's a bit monotone and the face is a bit too dark.

His hands are totally different color comparing to his face. He's either masked, covered with coal or he has gloves. Clothes look amazing, but a bit monotone. 4/5

His cape now makes him look like he has Arthas's hair. You might want to define it more.

yeah sorry if the face is too dark, because for Traxamillion's request it was supposed to be darker... (like you don,t see the face, only the eyes.)

and for the cloth? = well if you go take a look at the Characters Bio, he's an hermit.. so what ever..

The icon is a tad bit too dark compared to the skin, who's "flesh" is much lighter.
