Heavy helm looks really odd when you count in the fact his upper body has no armor at all.

It doesn't make much sense for him to be unclothed with a helmet, but if you're not going to armor his body, you could at least consider doing one or more of the following:

Giving him bracers (armor for wrists)
Giving him pauldrons (armor for shoulders)
Giving him leather armor or clothing, maybe a cloak

Still, in-game people won't be noticing that half-naked men shouldn't be wearing helmets. 4/5, it is pretty cool. Love the way you wrapped shadow wolf texture to the panther, making it look more detailed.

I will agree with some people here - possibly add shoulderpads and change the helmet design? It doesn't fit at all at the moment, it is not a technical but a conceptual issue.

Judging from the screenshot he is too skinny in my opinion and i agree with the others, the helmet doesnt quite fit.

This is a pretty cool idea. I do agree about the head thing though. I'd suggest changing the head rather than the torso because the Demon Hunter body is pretty cool.

If you're unsure about animating the head, you could give him a shawl to cover the mouth

His helmet is based on the Footman, since i must've figured that out somehow. Yet i think the wrist should be more appropriate other than that.
