Fixing the Night Elf Archer model by replacing the previous HE/NE Archer hunchback animation with the stand animation one. But the rest of the animation retained.

How can I use this to change the default archers models that I have? Just change the old file with these ones and change the name to be as the old one?

Just replace the old NE archer model and replace with the stand-up mode and renamed it the same thing.

I see that in the folder I only have the .mdx for archer but not for portrait. How can I change portrait too?

remove the LODS and then the organs, skeletons, weapon, and the lower half of the portrait to reduce the file size from 4.52 to 2.4 MB

That is true, I just tested, there is no sound when this unit die. Could it be fixed?
Besides that, looks is great!
