thats not even a recolor, he just painted it with yellow and black with some sort of filter or smth..

Sorry bud, but simple recolors aren't allowed here mainly because anyone can do them in 5 minutes by themselves.
Also, save your file as a .tga (targa) to get the alpha channels to continue to work correctly before you convert it to .blp

Yea maybe we should be nice but still ... like 30% of the skins i see in this time (gramma errors lolz) is just recolors...
you can write Mr.Goblins tutorial (found in tutorials under 2D arts) & the rules b4 posting a new skin

Sorry, but WTF! Why do you keep uploading those hilarious skins? Your other skin almost made me blind! If you want to make some skins, read alot tutorials and i would suggest you to read the rules too. Everything you do on your skins is recolor/filter/steal/CnP. - and do not say that you did spend time on them, cause you didnt. Now please stop upload 10 recolors/stolen skins every day. Thanks.

So far, i'm only seeing a yellow recolor with fucked up alpha channel.

EDIT: Oh Wait.... that is not recolor. That is a bleedin' hue/saturation change >:/

Compliance
No texture file may violate any Hive Workshop general or specific site rules.

A skin must be modified at least 75% from the original in order to to be approved.
Original Work

Shading

Its called FREEHAND buddy. if you dont know. it is the paint or pencil tool. Not the colourize/hue.saturation filter.

I would suggest you to work on the shading/highlights in your life, and maybe put some better english into your head. Also i think you should read the skin rules, the model rules, the map rules and the site rules. You dont listen to any of them. God, is this 'Tobias' 10 years old or something?!
