Naga Centaur WoW (Reforged Version)

Hi all! I was finally able to make the wow model which use normal map and orm like reforged models. So this is my first wow model for Reforged graphic. It's better to use Quenching mod with models like this.

All animations are from wow, so there is no lip sync. Events objects work well. More over, this is the first wow model where I added a little bit team color

Three body skins color are additional from me (green, blue, purple2) + 1 armor (silver).

Who don't want to use team color textures I uploaded ORM texture with clear alpha channel and additional default armor textures.

"Models converted to work inside Warcraft 3. Here you may find models ripped from World of Warcraft and other games/sources." Models converted to work inside Warcraft 3 = in Warcraft 3. This is the model from World of Warcraft so firslty this is import model. This is not from Warcraft 3 Reforged. Yes it use textures like reforged models use, but this is rip/convert from another game. If staff need, they will move it into another section.

It's better to write comments regarding the work done in order to support those who work mentally, or to suggest ideas for improving the model, instead of finding out of the correct section;)

:peasant-thinking:Cool model with nice use of team colors helping it fit better into Warcraft III and making it better viewable in reforged though if the model worked in Warcraft III too, that would really help improve the model and if possible reducing the file size without much loss.

Reforged models are big. For example, footman model with textures is 16.5mb. WoW models in mdx 800 format I optimize as it possible, so unit equal to reforged footman can weight 3-3,5mb with all textures. Creatures will weight less.

Can you make a tutorial about how to make an orm texture, I really want to learn it:peasant-bowing:

Thank you for that, seems like a wonderful addition to the kinda lackluster naga / sea fantasy creature roster!

The amount and quality of animations is insane. We want more port like this!!!

I have two problems though:
- once the unit is placed within the World Editor, I can't select it, haven't tried ingame yet
- how do I get each of the skin to work in the same map?
- is there a way to get unit to emit sounds even without lip sync?

The teamcolor is definitely a must-have for me so it's a great thing you've added it!

What a great model! I'd also like to be able to create Normal and ORM textures.
Could you please tell us what programs did you use to generate textures?
