You have to re-assign texture for the decaying bone. Also, fix the decay bone anomation.

Don't worry my first model also was rejected.i know what it feels,just keep trying like me but i stop modeling when mine got rejected mine was uglier.yours,it more more better,and also your a great skinner.propably in the future yul be like ampharos_222
