Another?
Wow, you should get an award or something for how many skins you can post in a week or so.
Anyway, this looks awesome. Eyes look a tiny bit small, but that's nit-picking on such an awesome skin. 5/5 and +rep.

The coloration on the face above the mustache is significantly different from that below the mustache, at first I thought they were supposed to be different materials. Its to orange, I'd recommend going over it with a brush set to color or saturation to get it to match the rest of the face, or turn it into a sort of viking-face-guard thing on your militia skin.
Also, the WC3 knight was really made to look like a pampas douche-bag, and the original face is what really pulls this off. I don't think it fits LotR that well though, I'd recommend doing something with the 'stache to make it look more serious. The back of the helmet looks a little weird to, not sure if there is anything you can do about it with how the texture wraps though. But you definitely need to fix the orange in the face XD.
The armor looks really nice, the tree symbol looks pretty awesome in the various places you incorporated it as well :)

Looks awesome, however I agree with pretty much everything Chrome said. I would go further and recommend you to change the blue parts into black or white, as the blue coloration doesn't fits Gondorian soldiers at all. In the movie and in most of the games they were almost completely black and white, as far as I know. However, I think that dark red would fit quite good and you could try adding that instead. And after looking at some images at google, I could say that your skin resembles what it's supposed to resemble quite well - good job. Also, brown eyes for more variation could work - I don't think there are a lot of models in Warcraft 3 with brown eyes anyhow, so that's a plus.

Oh, and I'm hoping a Rohan rider is next, hehe.

Aye, the thought also occured to me about his moustache xD Its a tad big isnt it :p However, changing the shape of the moustache can't really be done for this model... If you shorten it, you get these massive gaps where his mouth is o_O

Although, about the orange you mentioned, I'll see if I can fix that :D

Sad to hear about the mustache. Perhaps you can incorporate it into the rest of the face and make him a little hairier, make the mustache a little more rugged, and add a beard to complete the ensemble. Other than that it looks pretty good.

Really like your lotr skins.
I hope you're planning to continue making lotr skins for a while because there are so many lotr characters that deserve a skin. Think about Faramir's Rangers per example, or the trolls. Really GJ!
