Hello guys, and welcome.
My map is a custom melee with a lot more races from Lord of the rings, also it includes a lot of interesting featues, and ingame events that have bind to the movie.
the map is for multiplayer, but also can be played in single but the ai is only standart and not so good.

hHre follows a list of things that needs improvement:
-All tooltips needs updating, as some of them are still the standard warcraft orc tooltips, and others had many spelling and grammar errors. Poor english is not a huge problem, but not having changed tooltips is pretty lazy.
-The buildings was strange and didn't feel like they fit together.
-The unit sounds sets would be better if they were replaced with "None". Their standard warcraft voices do not fit the new characters.
-The heroes was not well made. The ones I tried out did not have custom abilities. One of them also had chemical rage, changing the Uruk Leader into an ogre with a goblin on his back. Heroes need a lot of fixes.
-You have imported a lot of models, looking like Lotr units, but there are a lot of things to fix. They don't fit their environment or their own races structures. You have mixed warcraft and LotR together, and it doesn't blend very nicely. You should change UI, all tiles and buildings to make it look better.
-The terrain is not well done. The tiles are strangely placed with orange grass among the otherwise greenish tiles. The woods where I started were made of cityscape trees. Additionally they were in perfect rows and angles, removing all natural feeling from them.
-The creep camps consists mostly of warcraft units, causing a strange LotR and warcraft mix again.

I didn't get a feeling of being in the LotR universe, and I didn't find the gameplay very fun as it wasn't very different from normal melee gameplay. The melee gameplay does not have to be changed, as it could work, but if you decide to go with that, you might want to balance the map layout aswell, as it is impossible to have a fair game as it is now.

The terrain and races wasn't good enough esthetically. There were too many standard warcraft units mixed into what was supposed to be a LotR universe. I wouldn't approve of the terrain if it wasn't supposed to be LotR inspired anyway, as it is lacking in many places, such as poor tile placement, strange tree placement, lack of doodads, and strange mix of cliffs and hills.

This map is not acceptable in its current form, and will need many improvements before it can be approved.

StoPCampinGn00b: The rules state that the actual creators of resources must be credited. Once you get those, you're map will be checked for approval.

Shadow Fury: Add a credits list please. Judging from the screenshots, you've used lots of custom resources so you must credit their authors. This is a requirement for approval.

I also recommend to reduce the screenshot size, they are way too high.

It is up to you, of course, to change the screenshots or not, but, for example, the Other pictures won't load for me at first, takes a few 10 seconds to.

When i tried your map the moddels couldn't be loaded and the game couldn't be played. And when i try to download is by your link the download is stopped after 2 minutes and an error appears.
You need to have file new.mix into warcraft 3 directory (then the map will work)

I have tested your map now:
-good terrain
-nice gameplay
-nice interface
-what is new data for? What effects does that data have?
-bug: the bestiarium of mordor can't produce units, the units are stucked in the building.
-Very good music.
-you could add some LotR buildings and monuments to the landscrape.
-I especially love the main structure of Mordor.
-I think you could also add some side quests to the game.
So, altogether i give the map 4/5 now.

thanks for your time , and your post,
1) bug: the bestiarium of mordor can't produce units, the units are stucked in the building.
hmm thats interesting, still im working on 0.6 now, and the bestiary will work 100%.
2) -I think you could also add some side quests to the game.
i wanted to keep that secret but i will post here, im working now on custom quest for every race apart, every race builder will be able to build a tavern where player can take quests, the quests and quest reward will be unqiue for every race (some may give some special abilites to units , some may increase their hp and so on)
3) -you could add some LotR buildings and monuments to the landscrape.
the thing about landscape, to make dodoads i need to import decorations directly in map ,and that will make some problems with map size, still i will improve terrain.
4) what is new data for? What effects does that data have?
if u mean the file new.mix (its an file that contain all the resources for map, models, music, and so on)

I think you should the short instruction in the read me file to your description, just to show people how easy it is to use. I was reluctant to try this out at first since I have never encountered something like it before, so a clarification here might add more interest from potential downloaders.
You should also mention that the mpq file is 55.1 mb in size, so people will know what they are actually downloading.

I will review this soon.

thank you , for your review, with every update im changing a lot of things.

about terrain , im already starting doing locations from lotr - for example in 0,7t i added Minas-Thirith.
also if you played as Isengard , might notice that there is a hero " Azog " so soon enough il change almost all skills descriptions of all heroes like his,also in future 0.8 the Hero with alchemist spell will be removed ( the thing is there are some heroes that i created at the very early time like 0.3 vs of the map, and still didnt changed them, because i work alone on the project, and triggers take a lot of times, bug fixing and other things, also still working alot on survival mode.),
about UI, i did not find any UI that fits for LOTR theme,

I prefer not downloading it a thousand times for a few updates each time.

ye i know , the delay from 0.6 to 0.7 was like 1mth i think

i have putted the new.mix file in but still the map doesn't work, i have tried reloading and stuff but it doesn't seem to work. Besides i dont have the same files as you when i look at you're screen picture

Just from the start:
- black loading screen
- "standart" instead of "standard".
- No information about the different modes before you have to select them. Info should be on the loading screen?
- Gandalf's model does not work (he is invisible)
- Gandalf's spell "Wizard intelligence" increases intelligence permanently?? Seems rather unfair.
- Spelling mistake in the tooltip of "Wizard intelligence".
- Sorcerer magic seems unfair too -> increases intelligence.
- Spelling mistake in the tooltip of Sorcerer magic.
- I set two enemies to Computer and they had completely invisible units (buildings, workers etc.), not sure which race they got.
- Then I played elves after Gondor and all buildings are invisble.
- I am not sure if the terrain is supposed to be a part of Middle Earth? I start in Minas Tirith but where is Osgiliath and Mordor?
- Creep spots are really huge and there are enemy heroes, so this might affect leveling heroes.
- Some creep units are invisble.
- I cannot play in teams.
- Why are there four fixed enemy players? I guess for survival mode?
- The other players are hard to reach. Compare the map with a standard melee map where every opponent can be easily reached.


Conclusion:
- Many corrupt models => invisible
- No clear goal.
- Random creeps like Lord Garithos?!
- Many standard units -> more custom models would be cool (of course they should work)
- Many spelling mistakes.
- Unbalanced spells.

I really like the idea and the effort put into the map (which I can see in the YouTube videos) but I would have preferred something like a standard Warcraft III melee map with the new races.
Creeps could be replaced by LotR units, too.
Survival mode is not that important to me.

Please fix the loading screen and models. Otherwise, I cannot play the map at all!
I would have voted higher if the models would actually work :D

What version of Warcraft 3 did you use?
(if its 1.30 official patch, then it wont work because the blizzard cut the support of custom archives, i am currently working on new version without an archive)
