Misha: works well enough, but the HP bar is really too high, i'd suggest shrinking the mesh by half, calculating extents, and resizing the mesh back, though i have a hunch it's the teamglow background that is causing the HP bar issue, so you can try the above on it only first

How do you keep doing it? I just can't get over how flawlessly 'Warcraft-y' your models are. If every modeler was as you, the very powers of Hell would be shaken.

That hat in particular is a great touch. Very simple, but eloquently pegs him as a lower-class worker-dude.

I'd prefer a straw hat using the hay texture in Textures\Doodads0.blp over the current one. Regardless, this is another great lizard model :pcon:

I tried that originally, thought that a teamcolored metal hat was better though. It makes the teamcolor more visible.

Change the hat and bracer to look less blurry. Used the dragonspawntexture though, spellfieth's colors were somewhat unfitting.

UPDATE 21.07.19 warcrafted the whole model up to be more in line with vanilla builders, texture tweaks, updated portrait with proper animated eyes, removed some unimportant details. The model is simplier, but should look better in the actual game

I cannot test it right now, but from the previews I can say you got the style right. It fits right in, has a nice sillhouette and removing details seem to not have inpacted the model negativelly.
