MiniMage: There's a little clipping in the stand 2 animation, where the hand slides through his leg. Fix this. Oh and lower the filesize. Use ingame textures, optimize the mesh, anything you can do to lower it.

Ah, my bad. I thought the ear-scratching looked like something that would have come from a tauren model. If they are custom, so much the better, they fit very well into warcrafts animation style.

I have a hunch that all your lizard-people models would need a resize with animations. just so the attachments fit better on them, because setting a scale in WE scales everything, leading to massive orbs or massive buffs, or massive auras xD

Oh, that sucks to tell the least. They looked pretty fine for me in WE when scaled to about 1.20-1.30. To scale the models themselves though, I'll have to resize geometry first, then move the bones to fit the model properly second, and rewrite such things as blood effects, and repeat all of this five times at least. Is it worth the time?

360kb is still excessively big for such a simple model. There's seriously no more ingame textures that you could replace the skins with?

His attack animations are a bit clumsier than I'd like but considering the size of his weapon they make sense and they also add character.
