You're really making it easy for me to make a lizardman race in my warhammer map.

Well we still need buildings, but whom are we kidding, lets just make some underground structures as holes in the ground, we all know that the reptilian live underground waiting till the coming of Cthulu to sink the world and strangulate it with the twisted veil of sanity we all believe in (?

Normally I'd make it twice as long, but it would look bad ingame, clipping through nearby enemies all the time. I believe that's the reason why there's so few polearms in warcraft.

Well it doesn't need be a pike, making it a little long would add to it. Look at Wandering Souls Pikeman, it works fine in game.
Anyway I guess people can just lengthen the spear to their liking anyway so it's not a problem.

This model is, as always, fantastic. Full of life & character, cohesive with the rest while still being unique & interesting. Also, you bring great new animation-sets to the modding community (which people should totally pay attention to & use!, which is fantastic.

Also I just want to give a shout-out to how thoughtful & receptive you are to suggestions:
Ok, I think I managed to make the skull marginally better
Added spell and attack slam

There's not a lot of modelers that go to these lengths to improve/modify their works, and it's refreshing.

On a side note, I'll be honest; as much as I'm a fan of this new facial structure you're trying out, it is wildly divergent from nearly every other Lizardman model you've made, in a way that's more cartoony. It's crazy, because usually I'm clamoring for more cartooniness... But in this instance, lined up with all your others, I worry he might be a little too divergent.

Feel free to disagree. I'm not entirely sure myself (& like I said, I do love the face by itself).

Yeah he's quite cartoony with the new face texture I drew from scratch, mostly because of the big eyes I think. Im not sure if he's too cartoony for general warcraft style or not. Shouldnt clash too much tbh

what i really dont like is how plastic his eyes look, maybe I should try some pupil animations next time
