It doesn't look Legendary

You can make this legendary if you add some "aura" like effects or if you put armor to the puma.

I suggest you add 'shin guards', 'hip/pelvic guard' and a 'forehead visor' to the panther/nightsaber...
Else, it looks kinda cool...

You could still add more armor plates to the nightsaber and reduce the filesize a bit by removing some unneeded geosets.

I dunno why blizzard, for instance, had the campaign Naisha as a purple-tinted huntress. it is ridiculous. they could have put up a cool model like this one

i didnt like her bow is lady vashes bow or sea witch or whatever
would have been much better if you gave her a proper nightelven bow.
