Layers of Heroism

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.

In this map you can choose from 8 different characters all with their own abilities and such
You can choose from a Frost mage, toothpick, grounder, Witch "Doctor",Crazy Frog Dude, Medic, Drunken Panda and a Basement Dweller. In this game i made something so you can craft items of your own (The Workshop) it was a new experience for me so you can only make three items. There is a PvP zone and many raids (Raids are indicated by having an exit) One raid is literally impossible without help and a range unit. I give credit to all of those whom made the models and i thank the Hive Workshop for being... Hive.

Well there is no need for my standard review because map is far from finish...
But I want from ya to read what I posted in hidden tag below!

Greetings http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/members/shadowthehedgehog/#userresourcesgthkeno. The Hive includes many talented Warcraft III modders of all skill levels among its users. New members (especially friendly ones) are always welcome. Take a look around and enjoy your stay, may it be long and productive!

Some good places to start include:
Searching the site using the above link always helps, you can learn a lot that way: just reading and learning is usually the best place to start, especially if one feels overwhelmed.

Likewise, the tutorials can really teach ALL of us a thing or two.
The chat room is cool: lots of people can answer questions there.

A few other tips that might help too:
-Always search first! Did I already mention THAT?
-When creating a new thread, make the title VERY specific: so the site's search engine (and we users) can easily understand just what the thread contains.
-Post your new threads in the proper forum: read the descriptions of each one so that you know what to post there.
-If all else fails, just send me a private message! I'll try to do whatever I can to help.

I will post some links again and hope you will check and learn something!

First map description:

Here check this one: Click and this one also: Click again

Then about map:
If map isn't finished jet, use Map Development forum for that! You can make thread there upload your map so people can tell you what they think just like here! Also for any help with triggers or how to clean memory leaks post triggers and create threads here Triggers & Scripts! Btw if you need any help with WE we have World Editor Help Zone here on THW! And at the end if you need any resource from icons to loading screens check this out Requests!

Now come THW rules:
Map Rules

And for the end my rating:
I will give you 1/5 mark (because I don't like map or map breaks rules) and must vote for rejection (same) and report map to moderator! (to check your map)
But don't worry, when you finish your map just update this one and ask moderator to unlock it so people can leave comments etc etc!

I saw this before and from what I can remember - it was rejected, unless ofc by some miracle -kobas- missed it the first time. This is likely a multi-upload.

i deleted the otherones, if i didnt it would be a multi upload. and if i just update it, it stays rejected and no one bothers to look at it again. i did major changes in stuffs andfixed from what i know every error. so personally i think it should get approved, famous no, fun no (people find something to complain about, its their way of life), but still out there.

do you know that delete and re-upload are known as multiple upload as well.

so personally i think it should get approved,

you gotta be kidding me if you expect it to be approve.

Just look at the horrible way you describe your map, do you think it really meet the min standard of map submission rules?

it stays rejected

and it should be, until you learn to follow the submission rules.

Well.. this map isn't done yet. I tested for a couple of minutes and noticed some grammatical errors, among other things. You also need to add more to your description and maybe a screenshot instead of your mini map. But only after you actually finish the game. You should test it yourself from beginning to end.

I'll give you an 1/5 only because the triggers seem to work fine.

The description is ugly. Use some of these to help with the ugliness.

If you'd like some examples of a good description try the following links, and maybe give rep to the authors for being so awesome :)

Seriously, Presentation(description) is very important in a map. O:

RULES!

Compliance
No map may violate any Hive Workshop general or specific site rules.

Original Work
All maps must be significantly worked on, if not entirely created, by their submitter. Maps that were edited from someone else's work must include proof of permission to edit that work, and the original author may request that the map be taken down at any time.

Third Party Material
All maps must give credit to the authors of material included in the map that is not made by the maker. Pirated or stolen content is not permitted.

Originality
All maps must be distinctively different from other maps in concept. This may include story, gameplay, goals, etc, but restricts maps which are effectively clones of older versions, such as most LOAP and Footman Wars maps.

Completion
All maps must be close enough to completion to allow for a good experience by the player. This does not limit beta maps that are near completion, but does limit alpha and other under construction maps that are not significantly playable.

Gameplay
All maps must be fairly fun and decently balanced.

Presentation
All maps must be made in English, must not contain overwhelmingly bad spelling or grammar, must contain a valid author and map name, and must contain a well-written description to give the reader a good idea of what the map is about. Imports, terrain, camera, and other visuals should complement the game.

Stability
All maps must not have enough bugs to significantly adversely affect gameplay.

Updates
Map updates should be made by using the Update button on the map rather than by resubmitting the map.
Use
The maps section should not be used as a pastebin or testing area, but rather for map distribution. If you wish for an advertising, testing, and more public place for early stages of your map, please use the Map Development forum.
Approval
Maps not meeting all of the above criteria may be approved in rare circumstances. Maps may be rejected at any time for any valid reason given by the moderator who rejects them. Maps need not meet the criteria not applicable to their type. Resource moderators will decide on a case-by-case basis which maps will be approved.

Enforcement
Repeatedly ignoring one or more of these rules may result in negative reputation, infraction points, or even being banned from the site.
Contact
If you wish to request that your map be reviewed, whether for the first time or after fixing problems outlined by a moderator, feel free to post in Map Resource Moderation with a detailed request and a link to the map in question. If you wish to complain about the actions of a moderator, please post in Admin Contact with a detailed request and a link to the issue in question.
