Kor'Kron Brute and Kor'kron Regular

It is meant as an upgraded grunt of sorts. I went for a Kor'kron inspired themed orc. This bundle contains two skins:
  • one with tabard and fully armored arms.
  • one without the Kor'kron tabard and partially armored arms(as per Kam's preference).
Each variation has two sizes:
  • one of 256x256
  • one with 512x512

This skin was made on request from Kam. You can check out this thread for the work flow done for it.

This skin also works for the blue Fel Guard model. For that, you just need to set the texture path to: units\Demon\FelgaurdBlue\FelGuardBlue.blp

Whilst generaly well painted I feel this one loses a bit of the charm from the simplicity of the shaman texture you made, this one quickly feels more cluttered and does not read quite as well at distances. The concept is however really neat and I dig...

The concept is however really neat and I dig the design, if you go back to touch this one up my biggest feedback would be to avoid blacks!

Shadows are rarely black and should be avoided, especially on skin and cloth. It should instead be more saturated and a slightly darker verision of the same colour, much like you did with the back tabard on this texture. It is important to avoid contrast overload.

But overall a good texture with a nice concept, the metal parts are well executed and read properly in-engine!

Good review :] Will keep in mind for the upcoming works.

The reason why the shadows and overall shading look so black-ish is for the texture to better integrate in-game with less effort. But yeah, I usually keep the shadows at dark color tones rather than black. Exception this time.
