Simple but useful edit.
Stylize Kilrogg, like give him upper tusks, so he resembles these WarCraft II images.
EDIT: I highly approve of the idea of the jawbone club, but the texture and wrap on the Gorehowl mod looks terrible. Retexture the Jawbone club so it looks like a real thing; and either wrap that or build an entirely new cudgel. Also, give him a red sphere for an eyeball that emits red fire, and paint the lower part of his left eye socket red so it looks like it's bleeding. Get rid of those " Leather Shoulder Pads." They look and even feel fake compared to the ones in this image.
Also, retexture the skin, so he looks old but strong. Grizzled should be the word.
Give him a tattered robe. Give him graying reddish hair. Sew his beard through this monkey skull. Give him punching knuckle claws, like the ones here in this old portrait. Give him striped tattoos seen on Bleeding Hollow orcs in WoW: WoD, but with TC that stand out in contrast to his skin pigment. Give him fresh new animations, depicting Kilrogg's character. Give him everything, so he's worthy of being a savage Bleeding Hollow orc, and not just another retextured Grom Hellscream.
Make him stand out as Kilrogg Deadeye.

If you need help modeling this, I recommend either johnwar or Tauer. The latter was working on another version of Kilrogg, so he might have something to say.

Remove «alternate» spell animation set, again, or make him Chaos during in alternate anims.
(still cool anyway)

"Alternate" when he drinks the Blood of Mannoroth. Normal is when he remains as Mag'har.
Just a thought.
Edit: You might want to remove the extra info above the one that reads "(still cool anyway)." The Hive doesn't like double-posts.
Trust me, I've been rebuked for the same thing.
ye I know what's the difference in alternate animations, but right now the only thing that changes is his size

While the weapon fits, the hairstyle and hair color should receive an update. Your model looks too much like Grom.

just another hellscream
:peasant-thinking:
Yea, I know. I will try to add some bones and other estetic accessories. And I will do other version with different hairstyle, change that ponytail, remove that hair strands.

The model is good, but it would be nice to do something with alternative animations. Should we still expect important warcraft heroes? Anduin Lothar, Gul-Dan and others.

This
But I think alternate must become to Fel Orc Version
You don't say. I feel that this is the model Blizzard should have gone with for WoW: WoD. Tauer was working on a model like this one, but we have yet to see him post it.
Edit: BTW, you haven't responded to my emails. I kinda missed talking to you.
Yeah Tauer’s Kilrogg Model is better than this model in my feeling but Tauer's Kilrogg weapon is a Blade's Fel Orc Wolf Rider not Kilrogg Weapon
