This is my Human Garrison model I made for Modeling Contest #23.
I made a few bug fixes since the final submission. I'm sorry but I could't rotate the building like the other Warcraft 3 buildings.
As usual I'll post my 3Ds max 5 file. You are allowed to edit the model. If you have a heart, give a credit in map info.

Quet simple concept, still looks awesome. I love that polycount and those small detals, like moving lamps, stairs and etc
I guess attack animation for upgrade 2 & 3 would be nice:3
i realy like your model, and also wanted to use it in my map im making, but... in the stand animation for the building and first upgrade, the windows at the front are transparent, and you can see the terrain under the building anyway you might fill them out with something?
I have a problem I used it in my map and made 3 diferent buildings then when I upgrade to the next tier the model doesnt change and Its the same model. Do I need to change the route or something?
Edit: Nevermind I just solved it, you just gotta write "upgrade" and "first" or "second" in a specific camp. Great model btw
The first tier tower flag isn't align with the two or maybe be replace it with the flag of the 2nd and 3rd tier one. Well anyway great job on this one and I hope it gets an icon for it.
